Dr. Rowe was born and raised in Mineral Wells, West Virginia, where she grew up actively involved in sports, particularly basketball and volleyball. Dr. Rowe went to college on a volleyball scholarship and later transferred to West Virginia University to major in biology. She continued her education in the beautiful mountains of Morgantown at West Virginia University School of Dentistry to pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
While in dental school, she earned recognition for her interest in community service. She went on two dental mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Belize. Helping the underserved was a very rewarding experience and inspired Dr. Rowe to give back to the community after graduation by working in a community health center. Dr. Rowe worked just under two years in Beaufort, South Carolina before relocating to sunny Florida to continue working in public health in Fellsmere and Vero Beach. She has now settled into the greater Orlando area, and is eager to make this area her home.
Continual learning is important to Dr. Rowe. She attends numerous continuing education courses and workshops throughout the year. Oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry are two of her favorite aspects of dentistry. Listening to her patients and addressing their needs with a calm demeanor and gentle hands are skills Dr. Rowe is known for best.
Outside of work, Dr. Rowe enjoys spending time with her husband, Philip, and their two dogs, Shorty and Darce. Her hobbies include going to the beach or pool, visiting with friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants, and watching Philip compete in mixed martial arts events.
